Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Travel Sales Consultant to handle client inquiries and convert them into confirmed travel bookings. The candidate will assist customers with travel plans, provide itinerary options, and promote travel services while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for travel inquiries and bookings.
- Sell travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages.
- Provide fare quotes and customized travel itineraries.
- Upsell additional services such as insurance, seat upgrades, and activities.
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and reissuances.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or travel consultancy.
- Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus) preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts and a fast-paced environment.
