We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, purchase, budgeting, compliance, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a Private Limited Company and be capable of independently handling accounting operations while coordinating with internal teams, CA, and auditors.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Maintain financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgeting reports, and financial statements.
- Handle month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Knowledge of ROI calculations and financial analysis will be preferred.
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee salary records, attendance, and payroll documentation.
- Coordinate with the HR team for payroll-related activities.
Purchase & Vendor Management
- Maintain purchase records and vendor invoices.
- Track vendor payments and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding bills and documentation.
Compliance & Audit
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with CA and auditors for audits and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely compliance filings and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com.
- 0–2 years of experience in an Accounts role with a Private Limited Company.
- Good knowledge of Accounting, Payroll, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of ROI calculations and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other accounting software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage responsibilities independently.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates who have worked in an in-house Accounts Department of a Private Limited Company.
- Candidates with experience only in CA firms or GST consultancy firms will not be considered.
