Position: Health Insurance Sales Executive – Telecalling
Salary: ₹23,000 per month Salary will be applicable as per company performance and policy terms.
Monthly Target: Minimum Target: 10 Health Insurance Policies per Month Expected Target: 10 to 12 Health Insurance Policies per Month
3-Day Trial Period: Trial Duration: 3 Days Trial Target: Minimum 1 Successful Health Insurance Policy Sale Successful completion of the trial is mandatory for final selection.
During the trial period, the candidate's sales ability, customer handling skills and product knowledge will be evaluated.
Job Responsibilities: Call customers using company-provided customer data and leads. Explain Health Insurance plans, features and benefits to customers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans. Follow up regularly with interested customers. Achieve sales conversions through telecalling. Assist customers with policy applications and documentation. Maintain daily calling and sales activity reports. Follow company guidelines and applicable insurance compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements: Excellent communication and convincing skills. Strong customer handling and follow-up ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of smartphone, WhatsApp and online applications. Previous experience in telecalling or insurance sales will be preferred.
Lead and Data Policy: Company will provide customer data and leads. The candidate will be required to make calls on company-provided data and convert customers into Health Insurance policy sales.
Candidates are not required to arrange personal sources or customer data.
