Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience in customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Ability to work with integration points and understand data flows within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, workflows, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Additional Information:
