Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description:
Placewell Retail is looking for an experienced Store Manager to handle daily operations of our mobile and laptop retail store. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing sales teams and retail store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Handle sales of smartphones and laptops (Apple, Samsung, HP, Dell, etc.)
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience
- Maintain stock, display, and inventory accuracy
- Monitor daily sales reports and performance
- Coordinate with management for offers, promotions, and stock planning
Requirements:
- Experience in mobile store and laptop retail sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Bengali, or Nepali)
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of billing, stock handling, and reporting
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Reliance Digital, Croma, or multi-brand retail stores
- Experience handling both smartphone and laptop sales
