Within the IT department, the Tribe IT IAM (Insurance Asset Management) is structured into cross-functional squads to drive, accelerate, and maximize client-value creation. These squads oversee IT projects and ensure the operational continuity of the Asset Management Division’s business applications. Their core activities include:
Ordermanagement & life-cycle follow-up,
Position management,
Valuation of investment mandates,
Administration of financial reference data (securities, pricing, securities transactions, etc.),
Portfoliosaccounting,
Management of financial cash flows.
The IBOR (Investments Book Of Records) Squad is part of the Tribe IT IAM and is responsible for business applications built on Fusion Invest software edited by the vendor Teciem, T1000 software edited by the vendor Sage, and in-house builded ETL such as GXT (Galaxy eXtraction Transformation), to provide:
Monitoring of FO/MO(Front & Middle Office)positions and transactions,
Order management system
Management of Fusion Invest reference data,
Management of post-trade flows to partners,
Monitoring of Treasury flows,
Calculation of Treasury balances to invest/disinvest,
Treasury optimization,
Calculation of fund performance.
These business applications are classified as sensitive and critical for the entity because they must meet high‑availability requirements and are exposed to significant financial risks.
Position Purpose:
Mission takes place within the IBOR Squad, whose goal is to handle autonomously the RUN activities (morning-checks verifications, incident management, production support, user assistance, etc.) as well as the CHANGE activities. The squad shares common motivations: proximity to the business line, agility, and quality of delivered services, combining business-line skills with IT expertise.

Perform daily morning checks and publish the report(as part of a rotating shift)
Investigate and resolve technical incidents
Implementor applybug fixes tofixanomalies
Remediatesecurityvulnerabilities
Support the deployment of the latest vendor releases
Support deployment plan executions(on-call duties and night/weekend work, 1-2 times per month)
Proposeimprovements and action plans for recurring incidents
Contributeto preparations for extreme application exercises
Assistusers with technical issues

Design,develop,testandmaintainJava, Angular,SQL code,Control-M jobs, KSH scripts
Estimatecostsand timelines
Createand updateproduction and technical documentation as needed

Specific Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience along with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
