Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented PPC Marketer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns, generating quality leads, improving ROI, and analyzing campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor campaign budgets and optimize performance regularly
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Generate quality leads and maximize conversion rates
- Create engaging ad copies and campaign strategies
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends and algorithm changes
- Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PPC or Performance Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and other performance metrics
- Experience with Google Analytics and tracking tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with remarketing and conversion tracking
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization
