Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Officer to handle field sales activities in and around Jhansi. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our industrial product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Visit industrial clients (plants, factories, workshops) regularly
- Promote and sell company products (conveyor belts / industrial items)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues
- Prepare daily visit reports and update sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in field sales (industrial preferred)
- Familiarity with Jhansi and nearby industrial areas
- Basic knowledge of industrial products / B2B sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
- Willing to travel locally
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
