KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED SKILLS
Paid Advertising Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
- Campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
Performance & Analytics:
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Ads Manager insights
- A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
Strategic Thinking:
- Campaign planning aligned with business goals
- Audience targeting, funnel building, and budget allocation
- Competitor and market analysis
Creative & Content Understanding:
- Knowledge of ad creatives and copywriting
- Coordination with design/content teams
- Content calendar planning and execution
Digital Marketing Fundamentals:
- Working knowledge of SEO
- Understanding of content marketing and brand positioning
