Role Overview:
This is an individual contributor role focused on driving project sales by engaging with Architects and Interior Designers. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to payment collection, while ensuring excellent client relationships and post-sales service.
- Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including payment follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects & Interior Designers
- Conduct client presentations showcasing product value and solutions
- Develop and execute new business strategies
- Maintain and update client databases
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of project details
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development
- Experience in interior or premium product industries such as:
- Wallcoverings, Wallpapers, Wooden Flooring, Carpets, Lighting, Paints, Rugs, LED Lights, High-end interior products
- Must have direct experience working with Architects & Interior Designers (not dealers/distributors)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
