- Manage heat treatment, aging, and furnace processes.

Conduct hardness testing, metallography, microstructure analysis, Millipore and coating inspection.

Ensure compliance with CQI-9, CQI-11, CQI-12 and IATF 16949.

Perform material analysis, failure analysis, RCA and corrective actions.

Prepare inspection/test reports and coordinate with production and quality teams.

Apply knowledge of ferrous/non-ferrous materials, ASTM, SAE, DIN, IS and JIS standards.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy, Materials, Mechanical Engineering or related field. M.E./M.Tech
