About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager – Design & Development to lead client projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of contact for clients, manage internal teams, oversee project execution, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs. This role also involves preparing project proposals, scoping documents, and collaborating closely with design, development, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements, translate them into actionable project briefs, and manage expectations.
- Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project planning including scope definition, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the design and development lifecycle – from discovery, wireframing, and UI/UX design to development, testing, and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables are on time, within scope, and budget.
- Ensure quality control standards are met across all deliverables.
Proposal & Documentation
- Prepare project proposals, SOWs (Statements of Work), timelines, cost estimations, and other client documentation.
- Collaborate with sales/business teams to support pre-sales efforts with technical and delivery inputs.
- Draft and maintain project documentation, reports, and post-project evaluations.
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, QA, and content specialists.
- Define clear deliverables, responsibilities, and deadlines for team members.
- Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
- Mentor junior project coordinators or associates as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in design, development, or digital solutions projects.
- Proven experience managing client-facing projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, web & app development processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience preparing project proposals, SOWs, and documentation.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
- PMP / Agile / Scrum certification is a plus.
