Sales Executive – Website & Digital Services
Location: Kasaragod, Kerala

About the role
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at PA Graphics.
We design and develop websites and provide digital services for businesses across India. We already have a strong portfolio of 250+ websites and an established lead-generation system.
Your job will be simple: speak to potential clients, understand what they need, explain our services, follow up and close the deal.
You will primarily be working with leads generated through our marketing campaigns, so this is not a role where you have to spend your entire day finding random prospects.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales or a similar role
- Good spoken English and Malayalam
- Comfortable speaking to business owners over phone and WhatsApp
- Confident in handling questions, objections and negotiations
- Good follow-up skills — you should be comfortable following up without being reminded
- Able to understand a client's business and recommend the right solution
- Target-oriented and motivated by incentives
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, email and Google Sheets
Experience in selling websites, digital marketing, software, advertising, education or other services will be an advantage.
You do not need to be a web developer. We will train you on our services, packages and portfolio.
What you'll be doing
- Calling and responding to incoming leads
- Understanding the client's business and website requirements
- Presenting our website and digital service packages
- Sharing relevant portfolio examples
- Handling pricing and other client objections
- Following up with interested prospects
- Maintaining lead and follow-up records
- Converting qualified leads into paying clients
- Working with our website team to ensure a smooth handover after closing
