* Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience
* Degree/ from IHM is mandatory
* Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine
* Excellent team-handling and leadership skills
* Ability to manage complete café and kitchen operations
* Experience in inventory management and stock control
* Knowledge of food costing, menu planning and waste control
* Ability to maintain quality, hygiene and kitchen standards
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
