Job Purpose
The Junior HR & Admin Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition assistance, employee onboarding, attendance/leave management, and general office administration. This role acts as a crucial link between management and employees, ensuring smooth organizational workflows and compliance.
Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources Support
- Recruitment Assistance: Screen resumes, schedule candidate interviews, coordinate feedback with hiring managers, and maintain the applicant tracker.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate joining formalties, assist with document collection, conduct background checks, set up workstations, and manage exit clearances.
- HR Records & Compliance: Maintain and update physical and digital employee files, HR databases, and organizational charts while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Track daily attendance, manage leave requests, compile monthly reports, and coordinate with finance for payroll processing.
- Employee Engagement: Support in planning and executing team-building activities, festive celebrations, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Policy Communication: Assist in addressing routine employee queries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace standards.
2. Office & Facilities Administration
- Front Office & Communication: Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, handle incoming/outgoing mail or couriers, and route inquiries appropriately.
- Vendor & Facility Management: Oversee office cleanliness, maintenance, repair work, security, and utility services by coordinating with vendors and property managers.
- Inventory & Procurement: Monitor and maintain inventory levels for office supplies, stationery, kitchen essentials, and IT assets; process purchase requests.
- Travel & Expense Coordination: Handle bookings for flights, hotels, and local transportation for employees, and assist with expense reimbursements.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain administrative contracts, trade licenses, AMC documents, and facility-related records.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in HR support or office administration (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Software Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and google Workspace. Familiarity with HRMS software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
