- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and acquire new customers through open-market cold calling, field visits, and existing customer networks.
- Client Consultation: Meet prospective clients to assess their financial needs, explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Application Processing: Collect, verify, and process customer documents. This includes performing credit checks and evaluating financial information such as income and credit ratings.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other channel partners to generate referrals.
- Sales Targets: Actively work to achieve and exceed monthly business acquisition and sales targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
