- Handling end to end recruitment cycle right from sourcing the potential candidates to joining formalities.
- Conducting telephonic interviews with the candidates by briefing the job description and company profile.
- Providing with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated time.
- Regular and constant follow up with the candidates regarding interviews schedules, documentation, salary negotiations, on-boarding and post joining.
- Candidate will be recruiting Junior level to Senior level
- Attending management meetings and preparing weekly reports
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Staying current on the company’s organisation structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
