Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests and visitors. They are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, providing a professional and friendly first impression.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and billing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest requests.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management is preferred.
- Prior experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (PMS systems).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, courteous attitude.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
