- Food preparation according to standard recipes and procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and warming units safely
- Ensure food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation meet brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and workstations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist in stock handling, storage, and FIFO practices
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff for timely order preparation
- Minimize food wastage and report shortages or issues to the supervisor
- Follow company policies, uniform standards, and safety procedures
