Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas, Marine, EPC, Refinery, Petroleum, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, and Power industry clients.
- Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates within defined timelines.
- Recruit for technical positions including Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Process, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Project Management.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, networking, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, shortlist, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful joining of candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of industry-specific professionals.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term engagement.
Required Experience
- 5–10 years of recruitment experience in a recruitment consultancy or executive search firm.
- Strong hiring experience for:
- Oil & Gas
- EPC
- Marine & Offshore
- Refinery
- Petroleum & Petrochemical
- Infrastructure
- Power & Energy
- Heavy Engineering
- Proven experience closing technical and engineering positions across multiple levels.
- Good understanding of engineering functions, project-based hiring, and industry terminology.
- Exposure to domestic and/or international recruitment will be an added advantage.
