Job Vacancy: Site Engineer (Civil) – Luxury Residential Project
Our organisation is seeking a dynamic and motivated Civil Engineer (Fresh to 3 Years Experience) to oversee and execute the remaining civil and high-end finishing works for a prestigious Director’s Bungalow project in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Execution: Oversee day-to-day site operations, focusing on balance civil works and high-end interior/exterior finishing works.
- Quality Control: Ensure all finishing work (flooring, cladding, woodwork, painting, and fixtures) meets premium luxury standards.
- Vendor & Labour Management: Coordinate with contractors, specialised subcontractors, and laborers to keep the project on schedule.
- Material Management: Track material consumption, reduce wastage, and ensure timely procurement of finishing materials.
- Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and update Directors office regularly.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with strong fundamental knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome).
- Skills: * Good understanding of finishing items, drawing readings, and site measurements.
- Strong communication and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle site pressure.
- Location: Gurugram, Delhi NCR (Candidates already residing in or comfortable commuting to Gurugram preferred).
