Job Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding student requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong lead database.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM tools and Excel.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Experience in educational counseling or sales will be preferred.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in EdTech, training institutes, or sales will be an added advantage.
