Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Marketing Engineer/Manager to join our team to promote and sell our range of industrial machinery, including vacuum pumps, compressors, and custom systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background along with strong marketing and communication skills to bridge the gap between engineering and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors (Pharma, Chemical, Food, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Visit potential clients, present Companies products and solutions, and understand customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Technical Consultation:
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education & create Market Pull
- Understand client applications and recommend suitable machinery and systems.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for customized solutions.
- Quotation & Proposal Handling:
- Prepare commercial and technical quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support and troubleshoot any product issues.
- Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor activity and market trends, their market share
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams.
- Gather data on Market sizing for Company products /potential
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery (Vacuum pumps, blowers, compressors, Heat Exchangers, Valves, Reactor, VTD, ANFD, Condensers , Process Equipments, Storage Tank, ETC..)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation
- Good knowledge of English (speaking & writing)
