Job description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Connect with vendors via calls and WhatsApp.
2. Explain the DineTimz application and its benefits.
3. Assist vendors with app download and onboarding.
4. Collect and update vendor information through data entry.
5. Handle basic back-office and operational tasks.
6. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth vendor support.
7. Maintain daily activity and follow-up records.

9. Monitor vendor performance and service quality
10. Help solve operational issues
Customer Support Coordination:
1. Handle basic customer queries
2. Assist users regarding subscriptions/orders
3. Coordinate issue resolution
4. Collect customer feedback
5. Improve customersatisfaction processes
6. Monitor daily operational flow
7. Track subscription management activities
8. Coordinate between users, vendors, and delivery systems
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
