Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will assist in managing front-of-house and back-of-house teams, maintain service standards, handle guest concerns, monitor staff performance, support inventory and cost control, and ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and food safety standards. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with the ability to drive sales and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen teams.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Support inventory management and cost control measures.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and SOP standards.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and guest service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
