How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:

Specializes on the facilitation of an agile development team and manages the process and project management, in accordance with agile principles to oversee the software development lifecycle.

Plans and facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirements. Acts as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring that appropriate project progress is made.
- Identifies and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones.

Manages projects using Scrum and/or Agile frameworks to accomplish project objectives and manage the work. Career: Applies advanced knowledge of sub-function typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include:

Managing products, systems and/or projects/processes, and working independently with limited supervision.

Facing IT function related problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.
About you
Qualifications:

University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
