The Decorshed is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inquiries, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Track and resolve order, shipping, and delivery-related issues.
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates.
- Support the sales and operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist in processing returns, replacements, and refunds.
- Monitor customer feedback and help improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email management.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
