Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate interior project execution at various project locations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior works, site coordination, material management, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review site conditions and coordinate with the design team for necessary clarifications.
- Monitor carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, painting, flooring, fabrication, and finishing works.
- Manage site manpower and ensure proper work allocation.
- Track project progress and provide daily updates to the management team.
- Ensure materials are received, checked, and utilized efficiently at site.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and workmanship quality.
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Maintain site records, checklists, and progress reports.
- Ensure safety standards and discipline at project locations.
- Support smooth handover of completed projects.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of interior execution processes.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and layouts.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction practices.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and timelines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in luxury residential interiors, commercial interiors, or hospitality projects.
- Knowledge of modular furniture, custom carpentry, finishes, and MEP coordination will be an advantage.
