Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities across cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments
- Track order status and production timelines; flag delays and take corrective action
- Liaise with fabric vendors, trims suppliers, and job workers to ensure timely material availability
- Monitor quality at each stage of production and ensure compliance with buyer specifications
- Prepare and maintain production reports, MIS, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate between merchandising, design, and production teams to ensure smooth sample-to-bulk flow
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage
- Manage documentation including tech packs, size sets, approval records, and dispatch sheets
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
