Key Responsibilities
1Project Planning & Control Overall project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking Prepare master project schedule covering engineering, procurement, execution, commissioning, approvals, and handover. Track milestones daily/weekly and take corrective actions for delays.Project completed within agreed timeline
2Budget Management Control CAPEX, track BOQ vs actuals, approve variations Ensure project execution within approved BOQ and budget. Track actual expenses vs planned cost, approve variations, and prevent cost overruns through proactive control. Cost overrun ≤ agreed margin
3Stakeholder Coordination Client, consultants, DISCOM, vendors, internal teams Act as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, DISCOMs, CEIG/CEI, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment. Client satisfaction score, issue closure time
4Resource Allocation Deployment of engineers, supervisors, vendors Allocate engineers, supervisors, technicians, and vendors as per project requirements and productivity targets. Ensure optimal utilization without idle resources. Optimal manpower utilization
5Risk & Issue Management Identify risks (technical, safety, regulatory) and mitigation Identify technical, safety, regulatory, and commercial risks in advance. Prepare mitigation plans and escalate issues before they impact project timelines or quality. Zero critical escalations
6Quality OversightEnsure adherence to design, IEC standards, and SOPs Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, IEC/IS standards, and company SOPs. Review quality audits and NCR closures. Quality audit pass rate
7Compliance & Approvals Statutory approvals, CEIG/CEI, DISCOM coordination Plan and track all statutory approvals including CEIG/CEI inspection, net-metering, synchronization, and commissioning certificates. Approval timelines met
8Reporting & Documentation Weekly/monthly MIS, progress & financial reports Ensure accurate weekly/monthly progress reports, financial status, risk logs, and closure reports are shared with management and clients. Reporting accuracy & timeliness
9Safety Governance Ensure site safety compliance & toolbox talks Enforce safety culture across all sites through audits, toolbox talks, and strict compliance to safety norms and PPE usage. Zero fatal accidents
10Project Closure Handover documents, O&M transition, final billing Ensure successful PAC/FAC, submission of as-built drawings, warranties, manuals, and smooth handover to O&M team. Successful PAC/FAC
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
