Hiring: Human Resource Intern
Thoughtsol Infotech Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee onboarding.
Location: Noida (Sector 132)
Duration: 3–6 Months
Type: Full-Time Internship
Responsibilities:
•Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
•Support the HR team in onboarding and employee documentation
•Maintain HR databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records
•Help prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation
•Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
•Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
•Support HR policy communication and internal coordination
Who Can Apply:
•BBA / MBA (HR) students or recent graduates
•Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
•A positive attitude and willingness to learn
