Nursing Teacher
- A Nursing Teacher (Nursing Tutor/Lecturer) is responsible for educating nursing students through classroom teaching, clinical instruction, and practical demonstrations while ensuring they develop the knowledge, skills, and professional ethics required for nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach nursing subjects through lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and study resources.
- Supervise students during clinical postings in hospitals and community settings.
- Assess students through assignments, practical examinations, and internal assessments.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and clinical learning.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and evaluation reports.
- Ensure compliance with nursing education standards and institutional policies.
- Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and academic activities.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and continuing education programs.
- Promote professional ethics, patient safety, and evidence-based nursing practice.

Qualifications
