About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and passionate individuals who love Bhopal and want to contribute to building its tourism ecosystem. As a Process Associate, you will assist the core project team in planning, coordinating, executing, and promoting various tourism, cultural, and community engagement activities across the city.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing tourism and cultural events.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, NGOs, government departments, and local communities.
- Research Bhopal's history, culture, heritage, cuisine, festivals, and tourist attractions.
- Generate innovative ideas to promote tourism and citizen engagement.
- Manage event logistics and on-ground operations.
- Build relationships with local artists, artisans, businesses, influencers, and tourism stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Support social media campaigns and content creation.
- Conduct surveys, collect feedback, and maintain project records.
- Coordinate volunteer activities and community outreach programs.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and public awareness drives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of Bhopal's history, culture, heritage, food, and tourism destinations.

- Willingness to travel within Bhopal for project-related activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or final-year student in any discipline.
- Background in Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, Arts, Social Work, Business Administration, or related fields will be preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional enthusiasm and creativity are encouraged to apply.
