Position: Senior Analyst
Location: Mumbai (Vidyavihar)
Salary: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and customer-focused Senior Analyst who can effectively manage client interactions, analyze financial data, and identify business growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for financial analysis and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and clients.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding ongoing activities and outcomes.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze financial statements, business reports, and operational data.
- Interpret financial metrics and prepare analytical reports for management review.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Generate periodic MIS reports and performance dashboards.
Business Development Support
- Identify potential business opportunities during customer interactions.
- Promote and pitch relevant products/services to existing clients wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with internal sales and business development teams for lead conversion.
- Support revenue growth initiatives through customer engagement and relationship building.
Data Management & Excel Analysis
- Create and maintain complex Excel reports and trackers.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Dashboards and Reporting
- Basic Data Analysis and Forecasting
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Customer Support, Financial Analysis, MIS, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and engage clients effectively.
- Experience in client-facing roles will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with financial reports, business analytics, or customer success functions.
- Exposure to CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Understanding of sales processes and business development activities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
