Job Summary:
Responsible for managing employee data records, ensuring accuracy in system entries, and supporting payroll-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify employee data
- Maintain accurate records in systems
- Identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with policies
- Maintain audit documentation
- Assist in reporting and data analysis
- Support payroll processing activities
- Improve data accuracy and processes
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in similar role
- Basic understanding of financial processes and systems
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

- Accuracy rate
- Turnaround Time (TAT)
