We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing professional to join our Marketing & Communication team. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital growth strategies, SEO, content creation and the fast-growing ESG (Sustainability) domain.
Job Role
Support inbound marketing, SEO, content development, and social media engagement while working on real-time campaigns and sustainability communication projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute LinkedIn marketing & lead generation campaigns
- Create engaging content (blogs, social media posts, website copy)
- Perform Off-page SEO (backlinks, submissions, outreach)
- Assist in digital campaigns (email marketing, social media)
- Handle lead qualification & tele-calling
- Manage social media platforms and engagement
- Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, leads, engagement)
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing execution

Eligibility Criteria
Location: Dakhineswar, Kolkata (Preferred). Ability to commuteor planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communication / Media
Experience: Fresher upto 2 Year
Work Mode: Full time | Onsite | Hybrid
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canva / Adobe tools
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides & Sheets) & Advanced Excel
- Exposure to CRM / ERP tools
- Interest in ESG / CSR / Sustainability domain
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
Compensation: ₹2,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per annu
