About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Senior Team Lead – Business Development to lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales leadership, team management, revenue generation, and target achievement within the EdTech, Education, Training, or similar industries. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and conversion metrics. Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance review sessions. Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and execution. Handle escalations and assist team members in closing high-value deals. Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM updates, and reporting standards. Analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement plans. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Recruit, onboard, and train new team members when required.
