Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops or related products.
- Present and demonstrate products, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Close sales effectively and meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
2. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with the latest product offerings and specifications.
- Develop in-depth knowledge about refurbished laptop features and the advantages of choosing Lappyfy products.
- Educate customers about warranties and service policies.
3. Store Operations:
- Assist with merchandise display, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Keep inventory updated by coordinating with the inventory team.
- Support store promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in regular team meetings and share feedback for process improvements.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Complete daily sales reports and submit them to the store manager.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of sales targets.
- Number of customer interactions and conversions.
- Customer satisfaction scores.
- Accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the IT or electronics industry.
- Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Sales Acumen: Persuasive skills to influence purchase decisions.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer hardware and specifications.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the store team.
- Problem Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
Work Environment:
- The job may involve standing for extended periods and lifting moderately heavy items.
