Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to lead and manage overall plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for production, quality, maintenance, planning, inventory control, safety, cost optimization, and team management to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complete plant operations.
- Ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
- Develop and implement production planning and operational strategies.
- Monitor manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Design, and Maintenance departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage workforce planning, manpower utilization, and team development.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and KPIs.
- Minimize downtime, wastage, and operational bottlenecks.
- Support business growth through operational excellence and process improvement.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
