Responsibilities –
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Source candidates through various channels – job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna etc.), social media, referrals and internal databases.
- Understand job descriptions and client requirements thoroughly to identify the right talent fit.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
- Support HR team in other recruitment-related tasks as required.
Salary Range – INR 10,000 till INR 15,000 (Depends upon your Experience, skills and Knowledge)
