Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MEPF Site Engineer to oversee on-site execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (MEPF) works across multiple project locations in Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and Andhra Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, timely completion, and compliance with project specifications.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day site execution of MEPF works as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other site engineers.
* Review MEP drawings and ensure proper implementation at site.
* Monitor installation of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing lines, and firefighting systems.
* Ensure work is executed as per safety standards and company policies.
* Track material requirements, raise indents, and monitor material consumption.
* Assist in testing and commissioning of MEPF systems.
* Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to management.
* Identify and resolve technical issues at site.
* Ensure quality control and adherence to timelines.
* Support billing and measurement verification at site.
Required Qualifications:
* Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
* 0–5 years of experience in MEPF project execution (freshers can apply).
* Basic knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Willingness to travel and relocate across project locations in Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and Andhra Pradesh.
Required Skills:
* Strong technical understanding of MEP systems
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
* MS Office proficiency
* Problem-solving and site management skills
