Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop strong client relationships, and manage both field and inside sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, supervising the sales team, and driving revenue growth through direct market engagement.
The role requires regular field visits, client meetings, market research, and team coordination to strengthen the company’s market presence and customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings to clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct direct meetings with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Travel within assigned territories to expand business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain strong after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies for client retention and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
