Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a smart, resourceful marketer who loves using AI to work faster and produce better results.
This is not a traditional SEO role. We don't need someone who spends all day building backlinks or doing outdated SEO tasks.
Instead, we're looking for someone who can combine AI, marketing, sales, and automation to help us grow.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay, and other platforms.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.) to speed up research, content creation, and outreach.
- Build and optimize cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Manage CRM and sales pipelines.
- Communicate with potential clients and existing clients professionally.
- Help increase sales by improving outreach strategies.
- Research new business opportunities and markets.
- Create marketing content with AI for blogs, social media, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results.
- Learn and adopt new AI tools quickly.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering.
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation.
- Knowledge of Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Clay, or similar platforms.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with email marketing and outreach.
- Ability to learn new tools independently.
- Good English writing skills.
Bonus Skills
- Basic automation (Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Familiarity with scraping tools and APIs.
- Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
- Canva or basic design skills.
- Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or other CRMs.
