We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage full-cycle recruitment - sourcing ,screening, interviewing and offer negotiation for shop floor and staff roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and draft accurate job descriptions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
