General Manager Sales (Real Estate)
Experience: 5+ Years | Industry: Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage Pre-Sales, Business Development (BDM), and Field Sales teams
- Drive overall sales targets, revenue generation & team performance
- Handle digital lead management lead qualification, allocation & conversion
- Monitor site visits, negotiations & closures
- Oversee self-sourced leads & field sales productivity
- Track sales funnel, conversion ratios & MIS reporting
- Ensure CRM usage, pipeline management & sales process adherence
- Conduct review meetings, KPI setting & team motivation
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience
- Strong team handling and revenue management skills
- Target-driven with good analytical and leadership ability
