About the Role
Chesa Dental Care Services is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to streamline sales processes, support the sales team, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, CRM, order processing, sales reporting, forecasting, and coordination between sales, service, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless business execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations
- Manage end-to-end sales operations and ensure smooth execution of the sales cycle.
- Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, pricing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with service, logistics, finance, and stores for timely order fulfilment.
- Ensure accurate order management and customer documentation.
Sales Planning & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Track sales performance against targets and provide actionable insights.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and business analytics.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements.
CRM & Process Management
- Maintain and monitor CRM data accuracy.
- Develop and implement sales SOPs and operational processes.
- Ensure timely updates of customer information, opportunities, and order status.
- Drive process automation and operational efficiency.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Executives to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support onboarding and training of sales team members on systems and processes.
Customer & Dealer Support
- Ensure prompt resolution of sales-related customer and dealer queries.
- Monitor order status, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
- Support dealer management and channel partner coordination.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Maintain records of quotations, sales orders, agreements, and customer documentation.
- Support audits and management reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing/Operations) is preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Business Operations, or Commercial Operations.
- Experience in medical devices, dental equipment, healthcare, capital equipment, or B2B sales is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Sales reporting and MIS preparation.
