Database Building & Territory Activation
- Identify, map, and develop a comprehensive database of active real estate brokers and potential customers in the assigned territory
- Source data through field visits, online platforms, broker associations, housing societies, and networking events
- Continuously refresh and expand the database; the quality and recency of data are critical
- Segment brokers by activity level and potential, and prioritize outreach accordingly
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to brokers and prospective customers; this is a calling-intensive role
- Pitch The Amaryllis over the phone with clarity, energy, and persuasion to generate leads.
- Follow up persistently and professionally until a meeting is confirmed
- Leverage WhatsApp, SMS, and messaging platforms to support follow-up efforts
- Manage broker relationships through regular touchpoints, calls, visits, and updates
Meeting Coordination
- Secure confirmed appointments for brokers and customers to meet your Sales Team Lead, and follow up on said appointments and visits.
- Brief the Team Lead in advance on the profile, needs, and background of each incoming meeting.
- Coordinate logistics, site visit slots, transport arrangements, and experience center scheduling
- Follow up post-meeting to maintain momentum and push the prospect further down the funnel
- First preference for real estate background
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
