We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant – Senior Manager with strong expertise in SAP HCM/ECP modules, payroll processing, time management, and enterprise HR transformation initiatives.
Experience Required: 12+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and propose solutions for client requirements and functional specifications
- Participate in the complete lifecycle of SAP HCM implementations including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and technical teams for timely delivery
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend suitable SAP solutions
- Drive process improvements and innovative solution approaches
- Handle stakeholder engagement during project execution and implementation phases
