Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Food Technologist cum Lab Chemist to join our Research & Development Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in spices, masala, and seasoning manufacturing along with knowledge of quality testing, product development, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products.
· Maintain lab reports and testing documentation as per company and FSSAI standards.
· Develop and improve spice blends, masalas, and seasoning formulations.
· Conduct sensory evaluation including taste, aroma, color, and texture analysis.
· Implement quality improvement plans and corrective actions.
· Coordinate with production and procurement teams for quality control.
· Prepare SOPs, quality manuals, and compliance documentation.
· Support internal and external audits related to food safety and quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile
· B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related discipline.
· 2–4 years experience in spices, masala, or seasoning industry.
· Strong understanding of food processing and blending techniques.
· Ability to independently manage lab operations and quality checks.
· Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
