Internship: 6 Months | Stipend: ₹15,000/month
Full-Time Opportunity: ₹3 LPA upon successful completion and performance evaluation
About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and motivated fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, and Prospecting. This role offers hands-on experience in client outreach, sales operations, relationship building, and business growth initiatives while working with a dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential business opportunities and target prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Conduct a minimum of 35 outbound prospecting and cold calls per day to engage potential clients, generate qualified leads, and create business opportunities.
- Execute LinkedIn prospecting and engagement activities.
- Send predefined emails, messages, and follow-ups to prospective customers.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and LinkedIn engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate client communication and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
- Track outreach activities and prepare basic reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (completed).
- Freshers or candidates who are immediate joiners with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Interest in Sales, Business Development, B2B Outreach, and Client Engagement.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, cold calls, and conducting prospect outreach.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of B2B Sales Processes.
- Familiarity with Lead Generation and Prospecting Techniques.
- Exposure to CRM Tools or sales platforms is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
